It's Official

It is Spring Break 2011 for this little Seahawk

A little recap on my weekend:
I got down South where I will be spending some lovely time with friends and family.
We've been to breakfast, cooked dinner, and ate...and ate...and plan to do more ate-in!

Spent a BEAUTIFUL day at the Saturday Farmers Market down by the Fishing Marina

Spent a full day with the cousin at Universal Studios deep inside the Wizarding World of Harry Potter 

(Yes, I played Quidditch, met Harry Potter, drank butterbeer and pumpkin juice, and rode a dragon. It was incredible)

Already gotten a little sunburnt, but I'm ok with that!

The next few days will be filled with relaxing days on the beach, adventuring through the palm trees, laughs and good times. 

For now, excuse me while I whip up some homemade Guacamole, and go for a bike ride in this beautiful sunny weather.
