This weekend began just like any other weekend... with an incredible blue cheese burger (My FAVORITE) dinner with my favorite older brother!
Then the boys fleeted over for the March Madness games on Friday night.

Then, I woke to a gloriously sunny, warm Saturday where the grass seemed greener than green, and luck was running all throughout the house in the form of rainbow toe socks, mint green pancakes and Dunkin' Donuts, and green milk (Thank goodness for food coloring!).
After a long run and swinging in the park listening to my irish-jig playlist on Spotify, I found my way to the grocery store to gather supplies. We were having our friends over for a little cookout, cornhole, and Guinness before venturing to the downtown crowd.
A very simple Bacardi Rum Cake (I substituted with the Capt. Spiced Rum) and Devilishly Green Eggs-
The eggs turned out brilliant! They tasted so smooth and creamy and ALMOST all naturally colored green, I may have to keep this recipe a secret!

While playing cornhole in the backyard, we had a little scare as one of our horses was heard clomping down the road, out of its paddock, heading towards traffic. ((Luckily)) My brother and cousin hopped on the ATV and went speeding to the rescue!
Back to the regularly scheduled program...
We ended St. Patty's Day downtown fighting crowds and drinking a few brews...
I'd say us ladies of luck had a great day!

Hope everyone else had a charming St. Patrick's Day. Until next year, may the luck of the Irish stay in your hearts, wee ones!
O.M.G. Those eggs! I LOVE DEVILED EGGS!! I could eat them all the time. Green ones, brilliant! Loved the creativity and glad you had a wonderful St. Paddy's Day!
