"Violence will not address the grievances of the Egyptian people. Suppressing ideas never succeeds in making them go away."-President Obama
I don't follow politics too much, perhaps this is why I don't post too much about government affiliations on my blog, ever....
But with growing sympathy and hope for the conflict rising in Egypt, I wrote a small prayer that I pray is answered for all the world to eventually reach united peace...
But with growing sympathy and hope for the conflict rising in Egypt, I wrote a small prayer that I pray is answered for all the world to eventually reach united peace...
With the troubles being addressed by the people and government in Egypt, may we take a stand within our own hearts and pray for the good to prevail.
May happiness return to the people of Egypt, in the form of democracy and humane reform. With unhappiness and the downfall of businesses, families, lives and prosperity, we lift our voices to be heard from across the world in hopes of healing and progress.
May the process be made through peace, love and united minds. We don't take sides in attempts to stay neutral, our government's strategy that hopefully avoids tension and broken allies, but promotes respect and opens ideas for settlement. But most of all, we pray you prevail, bringing life and finality to any problems they may encounter through this time of trial.
From around the globe, we raise our voices, we raise up out of hope...
Bring Peace
This has been heavy on my heart the past couple of days. Amen.
